LESSON TWENTY-EIGHT

Photobucket

Above is an animated gif I did using only my name.  Today's assignment is to create an animation using the name of our collaborative project with the third graders from Cerro Gordo Elementary.  The name of the project is "Monster Makeover".  Use just the name and create an animation advertising it.  We may be able to put it on our website or theirs or even both.  Your animation may be square, rectangle running vertically or rectangular running horizontally like mine above.  Remember the animations can't be very large.  Be as creative as possible and think outside the box.  The above animation has 42 frames.  Yours should have approximately the same or perhaps even more.  Don't rush.  You'll have two days on this project so there will be no need to finish it today.  If you do, I'll just ask you to add even more frames.  Enjoy!

LESSON TWENTY-SEVEN

Well here is a sketch that I drew for you all to use for today's lesson. As you can see it's a little more complicated than the ones that you guys drew yesterday. Copy and paste this image into PhotoImpact and do the same as you did yesterday. Create a very colorful three dimensional character using this sketch as inspiration.

LESSON TWENTY-SIX

Today's lesson is quite an interesting one, or at least I think it is. You're going to learn how to create a 3-D cartoon-like creature from nothing but a simple line sketch. You'll be doing this for most of this week so I hope you enjoy it. Click on the link below for your tutorial.

LESSON TWENTY THREE

This is a wonderful lesson called Artistic Selections.  As you can see from the example on the left, it creates a very modern look for your photographs.  Click on the link below to go to the lesson.  You'll most likely want to create several of these before you decide on the BEST one to upload to your blog.
